2010 Project

At the beginning of the new year we will begin funding a second medical clinic in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo. This clinic will be a fee-for-service clinic that offers medical consultations, nursing care, laboratory testing, over-night observation and baby deliveries. This goal of this clinic will be to fund our free clinic in the neighbourhood of Kisanga.

2009 Project

Fair Aid Society is continuing to support AMAVM's satellite clinic located in the Kisanga neighbourhood. This clinic has been providing health care, psychological care, medication, vitamins and dried food to those who are unable to pay for these services since 2007. Two board members visited the clinic in March 2009 and report that it is running very smoothly.
